Developed an internal training program for key future systems people. Member of the TQM and quality program and supporter of the move to S&OP management. Introduced an internal project design, costing and delivery process for systems. The Group delivered market dominance and profitable growth.

As the GM for AMH I introduced Automated Horizontal Carousel picking systems with paperless pick light integration (winner of the major materials handling award) in a number of sites. Introduced Radio Frequency (RF) mobile systems and warehouse bar code scanning to Australian business. Developed and implemented a Warehouse Management System. Introduced permanent pin stamp printing of VIN's to the car industry (Ford, Holden, Nissan and Mitsubishi). Carried out many major material handling and supply chain consultancies.
