I spearheaded the acquisition and implementation of the Enterprise version of our Webex software, which has allowed us to facilitate larger training campaigns for agencies such as CA Child Support Enforcement and a nationwide training rollout for the newest Accurint user interface. I also assist in internal training and product support for the inside sales team. In support of this, I assisted in developing our internal training materials for the Risk Government Sales Certification Exam. In 2014 I trained over 3100 end users in over 1000 training classes, and these numbers grow every year. I also assist sales by providing product demonstrations and assist with sales motions to maximize new business opportunities.
