• Engaged collaboratively with Irving Oil departments including, Capital Finance, Legal Counsel, and other internal and external stakeholders to audit and define key performance indicators for Irving Oil’s major critical suppliers.   • Worked with the business to interpret and review supplier’s submissions such as change requests, amendments, notices, and other contractual correspondence to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions; worked with project delivery teams and suppliers to resolve contractual inconsistencies, irregularities, and other related issues. • Identified and advised on the resolution of a range of contract issues including supplier performance; enforced contractual obligations and conditions by engaging internal legal representation and aiding in negotiations and resolution of matters.• Completed WHMIS Training and obtained Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification.

• Managed Irving Oil’s active suppliers through ISNetworld and created reports outlining suppliers' deficiencies and then worked with these suppliers to put in place corrective actions to meet corporate standards and expectations. • Reviewed Irving Oil’s existing contracts, identified agreements that required change orders, and then drafted these change orders as part of Irving Oil’s Corporate Simplification Initiative. This initiative is to consolidate Irving Oil from 130 to 30 Legal entities.• Audited supplier rates against established collective agreements. Any discrepancies Identified were then returned to the supplier for review.

• Maintained client and vendor relationships by tracking and tracing customer’s shipments with carriers and updating their status in Traffic Tech’s proprietary Transportation Management System.• Used critical thinking skills to solve issues as they arose to ensure customer expectations were met or able to be explained.• Performed master data maintenance and transactional data entry within Traffic Tech’s proprietary systems.
