I joined the company as an Engineering Administrator responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of IP/PBX solutions. I was responsible for ensuring regular customer contact was made and that solution we were delivering was in-line with their expectations. Duties involves liaising with engineers, sales, technical support, stores, suppliers and BT. Once the project was delivered it was my responsibility to obtain post-installation paperwork as well as delivery notes for our leasing department.
