- Supported security infrastructure for United Airlines' global operations and eCommerce initiatives, including firewalls, employee & B2B VPNs, Wi-Fi, user authentication, access control, anti-virus, URL/content filtering, and web technologies.- Evaluated, recommended, and implemented new technologies such as Wi-Fi, SSL VPN, Application Security, Identity Management, and Web Services security solutions.- Performed server vulnerability assessments and web application code audits.

- Supported and maintained United Airlines' corporate Intranet (SkyNet).- Architected and implemented a High Availability infrastructure for the Intranet site utilizing F5 load balancers, iChain authentication front-end, MC ServiceGuard, iPlanet/WebLogic- Evaluated and implemented new corporate employee portal to integrate with existing UAL Intranet, technology, infrastructure, and backend legacy systems WebLogic Portal Server- Led information architecture portion of complete redesign of UAL Intranet site. Template design/support and JSP/servlet programming of required new functionality.- Developed and maintained UAL corporate Intranet crisis site following the incidents involving UA93/UA175. Developed alternate version of Intranet for employees placed on ANP status.- Migrated Intranet site and related web applications to eDirectory/iChain security architecture.
