Facilitated the launch of ServiceNow, specifically for the modules CSM/ITSM/ITOM. Worked closely with the implementing partner throughout the transition to live operations to now manage ServiceNow fully in-house.My primary focus is maturity in the platform to utilise new features and enhance existing process'. Working in a continual service improvement life-cycle while leading projects to deliver advanced integrations with Azure for zero-touch request fulfilment, and other 3 party products to populate the CMDB.Advancing the maturity of the CSDM (Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly), allowing Chorus to maximise the full potential of the platform.Working to industry best practise and ServiceNow standards in an Agile methodology.

Part of the implementation and migration project from Ivanti Service Desk to ServiceNow for FTSE100 company with over 10000+ staff. Working in a team of 8 staff and implementation contractors to supported the implementation of CMDB, ITSM and Service Catalog. Worked with developers to enhance features and design solutions. Working to industry best practise and ServiceNow standards in an Agile methodology.

Administering and configuring Ivanti Service Desk (formally LANDesk Service Desk) for a FTSE100 global company of 10000+ staff. Maintenance and patching of the instrastructure (VMs, load balancer, SQL Database). Multiple projects completed including integrating with 3rd parties to trigger workflows and provide end to end request fulfilment for Starters/Leavers/Movers. Migration of in-house change tool into Ivanti Service Desk. Implementation of CMDB. Migration from end of life infrastructure.
