My background in sales gave me a great foundation to launch my career in recruiting. As an independent producer, I built my network in the medical device industry across the country. From sourcing and placing top talent to working with Fortune 1000 international companies, I learned the recruiting business inside and out which ultimately propelled me to launching into my next venture with Novasyte.

I sold postage meters and shipping software to small businesses to help them streamline their office sending while also saving on mailing and shipping costs.

During the dot-com era, I worked for Auctionet liquidating companies mainly in the information technology space across the San Francisco Bay Area.
