We then complete several legal documents including Contingency Fee Agreements, Limited Power of Attorney, Agency Letters, Assignment of Rights, which allows our firm to act on the homeowners behalf to recover these funds from the governmental agency holding their money.We work very closely with a number of real estate attorneys in various cities when we locate large sums of excess funds, to create various documents that may be necessary if we determine the former homeowner is deceased.
