Andrew has recently earned his bachelors degree from The College of Saint Rose. While maintaining his full time student status, he has held a position at Target Distribution Center for four and a half years. Within two years of employment he was chosen by his supervisor for a leadership role on the team. During his time as a leader he has brought up concerns with the department and suggestions that have helped to improve efficiency and job satisfaction. His outstanding leadership has been acknowledged by his supervisors and upper level management. With his extensive knowledge of the outbound department, he was able to aide in the development of several new group leaders. He has helped resolve staffing issues. On numerous occasions he prevented the over-shipment of merchandise, thus saving the company money. To add even more responsibility to his schedule he has worked part time as a waiter at Sushi Yoshi in Lake George, a delivery driver for Papa John’s in South Glens Falls, and a customer service representative at Planet Fitness in Queensbury which have all helped him develop his communication skills. When he finds free time he enjoys playing basketball, golfing, fishing, and boating with friends and family. He has hopes of becoming a successful accountant and eventually venturing into the business of assisted living.
