Founded LeanSquad with a mission to solve business challenges through automation and software development. The company primarily serves clients in the USA, leveraging a team of in-house developers and contractors based in Ukraine and, occasionally, Latin America. Over time, the company has grown to a team of 40 professionals, with project teams ranging up to 15 developers.LeanSquad has delivered successful projects for major clients such as InComm and worked indirectly with brands like Best Buy, AT&T, and Chick-fil-A. Additionally, we have supported multiple startups in building MVPs and securing funding.As CEO, Solution Architect, and Lead Developer, I oversee the entire software development lifecycle while maintaining a hands-on approach for key projects. I am deeply committed to advancing the adoption of AI in software development, believing that AI will revolutionize the industry by allowing business stakeholders to communicate directly with computers to build software solutions. I actively engage in educating developers and organizations on utilizing AI tools, such as Cursor AI, DevIn, and Replit Agent, to drive productivity and efficiency.

Following Adility’s acquisition by InComm, led the integration of Adility’s software with InComm technologies, including POS systems at major U.S. retailers such as Walmart, Best Buy, Target, and 7/11. Managed several projects focused on discounts and coupons attached to gift cards using these POS integrations. Continued working with the same development team from Adility, maintaining the established development process and technology stack.

Led the technical direction for Adility, a startup seeking product-market fit as a SaaS advertising platform for small businesses. Managed requirements, contributed to coding, handled DevOps, and oversaw a team of 5 developers. Traveled frequently to the USA to support business operations. Guided the company through multiple pivots, ultimately leading to its acquisition by InComm.

Stepped down as CEO to join a startup, which the company invested in. Continued to support Railsware in a co-founder capacity, contributing to its ongoing success and growth.

Co-founded and led the first Ruby on Rails development shop in Ukraine, during a time when the technology was rapidly gaining popularity. Built the company from scratch, growing the team to 20 people and securing clients, mostly from the USA. Took on multiple roles, including marketer, sales lead, product manager, and developer. Additionally, worked on mobile development using Objective C and Java.

Managed a team of 10 developers responsible for delivering custom implementations of the company’s CMS system, built with Java and BEA WebLogic, for enterprise clients. The CMS platform was used to manage internal portals and public websites for enterprises.

Managed a team of 15, including developers, UI designers, and QA engineers, to deliver enhancements for the company’s survey creation and email distribution platform. Oversaw the full software development lifecycle, using the Scrumban methodology (a mix of Scrum and Kanban) to ensure efficient project management and timely delivery of features.

Transitioned to managing project development, focusing on gathering and refining requirements for ongoing applications. Managed a team of 5 developers, ensuring project deliverables met technical and business expectations. Participated in specifying internal company processes and contributed to the preparation for ISO certification.

Developed a range of applications for the Information Center of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to automate key processes for notaries, the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI), and other areas under the Ministry's jurisdiction. Utilized Oracle as the database and Delphi, Java, and C# for building client applications.

Worked as part of the Oracle database team for the Ukrainian Railways ticketing system. We developed and optimized the database supporting the terminal applications used by cashiers to manage ticket transactions. My role focused on designing and implementing Oracle PL/SQL procedures to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.

As a college student, developed a variety of custom software solutions, including device drivers for hardware peripherals, contributed to antivirus development, created custom Delphi components, and built several desktop applications ranging from utility tools to business solutions.
