• Manage National Account clients, having constant communication with the associates, conducting performance reviews, disciplining and all other HR related duties
• Maintain and ensure compliance between Adecco, clients and candidates
• Supervise all temporary associates on assignment, perform coaching and counseling when required
• Create and post job descriptions, conduct background and credit checks

• Building quality relationships with internal candidates and external companies
• Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
• Attracting applicants by designing job advertisements and job ads
• Conducting job interviews based on clientele needs
• Assessing candidate suitability for various roles and organizations
• Conducting reference checks, background checks and criminal checks.
