I worked at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). I am now an Associate Director at MCC.

I conduct research and programming related to natural resource programs and projects.

Since 2015 I have conducted short-term consultancies at the World Bank for the (1) Agriculture Practice, (2) Environmental and Natural Resources Practice, and (3) the Gender Innovation Lab.

I assembled and managed an agricultural extension research experiment in Haiti, where I oversaw five employees that collaborated with 30 farmer associations representing thousands of Haitian farm families. The project was managed by the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, through collaborative arrangement with the Feed the Future Initiative of USAID.

I conducted varied research for the Archive of Haitian Religions, supported by the National Endowment for the Humanities. I documented Haitian religious ceremonies in Miami, Haiti, and Cuba.

During the pursuit of my Ph.D., I taught multiple courses in the Department of Anthropology and the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures.

Ministry Of Planning, Government Of Haiti

I was placed as a Policy Expert in the cabinet of the Prime Minister of Haiti in the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation. My work and research was with the unit that coordinates the activities of NGOs operating in Haiti; I focused on improving mechanisms for registering, and monitoring and evaluating NGOs, to ensure they adhered to the policies, priorities, and best practices of the Haitian government.

I worked to connect K-12 educators in Washington State with NGOs, private and public sector professionals, and training and funding opportunities, in order to fulfill state educational mandates. I was later contracted as an independent convener to continue this work on behalf of the Washington State Environmental PORTAL (Partnership Opportunities for Real world Training And Learning).
