As a certified CTT consultant, I use the tools and resources from Barrett Values Centre to support clients in personal, leadership and cultural transformation. The tools provide a "snapshot in time" that helps to chart the course for future development while also measuring progress, becoming an integral part both of a leader's personal development plan and the overall business strategy.The tool is adapted from Maslow's hierarchy of needs, mapping values to different levels of consciousness. This framework has been used to measure the values of over 6,000 organizations and 3,000 leaders in 80 countries. It helps foster the transformation of corporations, government agencies, communities, schools, and even nations. The CTT values assessment instruments are available in over 50 languages.Organizations, teams, schools, communities and nations achieve high performance and growth when leaders intentionally manage culture, built on values that benefits people and society. Culture is inherently hard to describe and to measure, but the CTT tools provide a world-class framework to take an objective measurement of an organization's culture.
