I manage top-tier client relationships for vendors with significant and/or complex service offerings.I sell new services into those clients, resolve disputes or disagreements, and represent the client back into the vendor to ensure that the client and the vendor both get real value out of the ongoing partnership. My experience is primarily in the field of IT (I have a technical background in Unix, Telco, VoIP, E-mail, cyber security etc).These days I focus primarily on the business aspects of the relationship e.g. contract negotiation, service delivery assurance, new sales etc. My technical background means I relate to and understand enough to ensure that the technical matters are handled well.My passion is doing good business, and being a trustworthy partner.
