- Facilitates communication between the mobile app feature development team and the product owners- Reinforces SAFe agile principles within the mobile app feature development team- Organises and facilitates program increment planning days, sprint planning sessions, sprint retrospectives and sprint demos for the mobile app feature development team.- Assists the mobile app feature development team to remove blockers that may impede the team's progress.

- Designed, implemented and manages the continuous build pipeline used to build the ATO Mobile App. This pipeline uses the Visual Studio Team Services cross-platform build and release agent technology to build and package Xamarin.iOS, Xamarin.Android and Windows Phone apps and test them using NUnit.- Designed, implemented and manages the cross-platform standard operating environment the feature development team uses to build the ATO Mobile App (using the Xamarin toolchain).- Manages the Visual Studio Team Services instance that the ATO Mobile App feature development team uses to plan and track their progress. This has involved configuring the required areas and iterations as well as building out Custom Work Item types to best represent the processes the feature team uses to plan and track work.- Manages the TestFlight, HockeyApp and Windows Store Beta Testing portals used to internally distribute the app for beta testing.- Manages the iOS App Store, Google Play Store and the Windows Store portals and deploys the ATO Mobile App to these stores.- Manages the iOS, Android and Windows Phone device collection for the feature development team. This includes cataloguing and upgrading devices as well as providing advice on what operating systems coverage is need (based on usage statistics)

- Designed and implemented custom plugins for Apache Cordova that allowed the HTML5 Single Page Applications provided to the feature development team to communicate with native APIs on the mobile device.- Tweaked HTML and CSS that was provided as part of the Single Page Applications so to be optimised appropriately for mobile screen sizes across multiple mobile operating systems.

- Designed, implemented and managed the build pipeline used to build the ATO Mobile App. This pipeline used the Apache Cordova build and packaging tools available at the time.- Developed and documented the processes used to side-load beta builds of the app onto devices for internal testing.- Managed the iOS App Store, Google Play Store and the Windows Store portals and deployed the ATO Mobile App to these stores.
