I am a commercial lawyer, specialising in intellectual property (IP) and technology matters. My non-contentious work ranges from contract drafting and negotiation (including software development agreements, licences and NDAs), to IP audits and clearance searches, advice on compliance with e-commerce regulations, data protection and marketing law. I am also an experienced litigator, and can advise on the conduct and defence of IP infringement claims, breach of restrictive covenant claims, trade mark oppositions, domain name and company name disputes, defamation and High Court injunction applications. I also have experience as a Supervising Solicitor of, and acting for respondents to, Search Orders.Before joining Temple Bright I worked at Burges Salmon, including an in-house secondment to Virgin. Prior to that I had firsthand experience in the creative and digital industries, working as an electronic publishing manager.Temple Bright is a different law firm.
