    In this role, I was responsible for managing all the back office support and finance functions, reviewing sales proposals with sales managers and generally overseeing the day-to-day operations and commercial management of the business. I also compiled management information reports detailing weekly and monthly statistics on query levels and content and detailing credit note processing to ensure KPIs are achieved.In addition, I also completed a major re-engineering of the group transactional business processes from front to back office, Sales to Contractor Payroll and everything in between.
