Promoted multiple times, including into VP role (2011) overseeing development and launch of new business unit. Built partner engagement platforms and innovated internal design for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation. Led training in financial modeling and hedging patterns. Created career path framework for envisioning services team. • Engaged as technology consultant for clients experiencing unplanned outages or Cyber Security Incidents; personal billability targeted at less than 5% of practice total revenue.• As National Director, Security Practice (2010 – 2011): Executed multimillion-dollar operating budget, new product development and classic executive activities while exceeding aggressive revenue targets and participating on strategic advisory board. • As Practice Director, Data Center and Security (2008 – 2010), developed and delivered highly effective consultant training program and grew Security Practice from one consultant to a team of 10.
