I am currently an Assistant Professor of Education at Warner Pacific University. I have experience as an elementary, middle, and K-12 principal. I have led the Educational Programs Office, overseeing and directing the implementation of all facets of the educational programs. I have served three schools as a Director/Head of School, which ranged in enrollment from less than 100 (startup school) to over 1400 students.Specifically, I have served my school:• As an instructional leader: I have direct experience with the rigorous, challenging curriculum at all levels, including the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program and Diploma Program, as well as Advanced Placement programs. I strongly advocate educational excellence and the development of academic skills and values necessary for success in higher education and the workplace. I have substantial experience in the complete oversight and leadership responsibilities for the educational programs at a single-campus school and a school of two campuses.
