->Worked closely with marketing department on all aspects of digital marketing including: website and web technologies, social media, email, SEM/SEO, lead generation and lead tracking.->Leverage technology to: --Improve performance of internal and external processes --Improve employee productivity and effectiveness->Utilize data analytics and CRM insight to improve marketing and sales performance across channels->Research, recommend and manage RFPs for new technology, software and hardware

My focus is on leveraging digital marketing and data analytics to improve the ROI and efficiency of the marketing department.

Instruct undergraduate and graduate students in assorted software packages (see Computer Skills above). Create, deploy, and manage results of over 50 web-based surveys for faculty and staff each semester. Manage day-to-day workflow and scheduling of high-tech teaching/research facility. Facilitate faculty and student-run research projects.

Work directly with the CEO and senior management team to develop new business opportunities and expand scope of existing client relationships. Project-coordinator responsible for managing a cross-functional team in the compilation, creation, copywriting and launch of a web-based marketing communication service. Also responsible for developing and designing the master-template for a direct mail campaign targeted at C-level executives.
