Health Compare is a website platform dedicated to helping patients find hospitals with the shortest waiting times and highest quality within their specified area. As an advocate for patients’ rights, Health Compare allows the user to explore comprehensive healthcare options, from GP practices through to NHS and private health treatments.At Health Compare I led the team to develop and deliver critical infrastructure, created and implemented the end-to-end full-stack data warehouse, establishing robust system foundation. East Sussex

Built an interactive Excel based tool to enable GP's to understand their practice cancer statistics, benchmarked against Locality, PCT/CCG and England - charts and summary tables across the whole of Sussex. Updated with 12/13 data.

I was the lead for Sussex on Ambulatory Emergency Care (Emergency Day Case), a key focus area across the UK in 2012/13. I have lead responsibility for contract & performance analytics for two large Acute Trusts with a combined contract value of £440m. This includes providing high quality, accurate activity and performance analysis to the Contracts team and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). I am constantly striving to improve reporting functions, and have developed a suite of reports that enable at-a-glance summaries of POD (Point of Delivery), Trust and Specialty performance.
