Dedication- I have been told by many bosses that I treat my jobs as if I personally owned the business. I take pride in my work and always do the best I can. I feel that if the company looses money it is like it is personally coming out of my pocket. Communication- I am a very outgoing person that loves communicating with people. I find it extremely easy to strike up a conversation with anyone I come across, whether it is a good friend to a complete stranger on the street. Achievements- I was able to help a friend open up a retail store last year. I had a hand in everything from doing market research to designing the layout of the store to buying and selling goods. I pride myself in the fact that I got to do something that most kids my age never get to do. The business experience I gained from it was extremely beneficial.
