Dr. Vogelsang oversees day to day operations of the firm and establishes policies that promote and reinforce the firm’s culture and vision. Dr. Vogelsang also serves as managing consultant for BEC LLC relying on over 20 years of management consulting experience to lead this arm of the firm. During his consulting career, he worked with senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies, federal government agencies, and non-profit organizations providing expertise in solving management challenges and achieving organizational goals. Dr. Vogelsang and his BEC team provide services that include:-Delivering executive-level coaching and training;-Advising executives in identifying, confronting, and solving management challenges; and-Supporting internal investigations.
