The team worked to focus sales teams by clarifying, simplifying, and implementing training around LL's key competitive advantages. Further, we implemented a CRM platform to more efficiently connect inside and outside sales teams while improving Pro retention. Finally, we adjusted incentive plans to better align employee and company objectives. The sales results improved v the previous quarter 5 of 5 quarters during tenure.

Our team defined standards, collaborated to align on processes, worked to improve quality control and refine our customer journey which, in turn, accelerated growth and expanded margins. Added responsibility for manufacturing plants in Arizona and Michiganin late 2018.
