I have a strong background and 8+ years of experience in Organic Chemistry and Process Development at a major pharmaceutical company. During my tenure, I have had the opportunity to contribute to nearly every stage of the development of small molecule therapeuticals for regulatory approval. In particular, my hands-on work in pilot plant operations for scale-up and my direct interactions with CMOs and CROs distinguish my experience from that typical of my peers in the industry.I have managed a direct report, junior team members and project subteams.My objective is to continue to gain experience in organic process development as well as in the regulatory submission and approval process.
