Duties included: assessing the mechanical and structural aspects of the vessel, creating a work scope, obtaining quotes, working with and directing contractors, project and working within a fixed budget. Managed implementation of an alternative maintenance schedule on barge ballast tanks. Estimated savings as a result of the project were upwards of $2.2 million. Assisted in scrapping of defunct vessels and damage mitigation during the 2018 New Brunswick floods.

Created technical reports based upon field observations during communication tower maintenance inspections. Provided recommendations to clients based upon knowledge of tower deficiencies and safety regulations. Created reference material to assist in the on-boarding of new hires.

Created and developed parts library which integrates with existing production planning software and will be used to create virtual prototypes of assembly lines.
