Key driver of the AMG Management Committee with financial responsibility for a very profitable media and entertainment group focused on theme parks (Global Village), live events (Done Events) and radio (Arabian Radio Network). Responsibilities expanded to cover strategy, procurement and group IT.

Overall financial responsibility for a diverse media group with over 2,000 staff and eleven business units, including significant radio, TV, printing and newspaper publishing operations. Experience of growing and leading a finance team of up to 70 accounting staff, during an intense growth phase that included the launch of several new businesses and multiple significant construction projects.

Member of the BPI Council, which acts as the board and primary committee of the UK recorded music industry, and includes the UK heads of the major record companies plus the leading UK independents. Responsible for all formal board reporting plus advising the BPI Council on both internal and external finance issues, including the preparation of summaries of relevant legislation, and drafting music industry responses to technical notes issued by the UK Government.

Key driver of the BPI Finance Committee with overall financial responsibility for four high profile music industry companies, including a not-for-profit association (BPI), charity (British Record Industry Trust) and two event companies (Brit Awards Limited and Music Industry Trusts Limited).

Responsible for planning and managing the audit of a wide range of local and offshore companies, including retail groups, newspaper, aircraft leasing company, fuel distributor, marine engineering company, fund manager and airline.
