About Andrew Wendt

In my role as President of Be Realty I do much more than help my clients buy and sell real estate – I set the tone for our whole organization. Our goal is to do everything necessary to ensure our clients have a smooth transaction, and our leadership team focuses on using reliable communication and technological advancements to make that happen. That’s our mantra! The buyers I work with love that I listen to their needs and wants to help them find a property where they want to BE. For my sellers, I leverage my knowledge of the real estate market and the value of their property to create quick sales at top market dollar. My clients appreciate that I take their needs seriously, but not myself and they appreciate my sense of humor. They feel comfortable with me and that fits with Be Realty’s goal of bringing a sense of professionalism and camaraderie to the each transaction that helps our clients to feel supported by our Five Star Professional family. When I am not focused on real estate, I love going to see live music.
