As the President of Be Realty who is still actively helping my clients with their real estate needs, I both manage the overall operations of the company by assisting my colleagues with their efforts and manage all the active transactions on my desk. My time is split 50/50. My charges as President are to expand our business by finding new opportunities or bringing on new employees and brokers while looking to continually improve our processes and procedures. My time at Paramount Partners was largely focused on building a book of business by helping my sphere of influence buy and sell real estate in the Chicagoland area.While I continued to refine my real estate chops, I also helped to grow that brokerage through my recruiting efforts and by assisting in writing the employee handbook, tasks that directly transfer to my duties at Be Realty.

At Rizzo Realty Group, my very first experience in the industry, I focused largely on investing in real estate and selling new construction. I was the sales manager of a larger 71-unit building.Managing large sales centers was my first lesson in management. A skill that I use daily at Be Realty. I also learned a great deal about how to appropriately invest in real estate, which assists many of my clients make smart investments.

As the Vice President of Cardinal Development, I was an integral part in the construction and sale of 5 luxury homes in the Northshore.I learned a great deal about managing the construction process and, due to my role as the accountant manager, I learned Quickbooks, which is a skill I use daily in my role as President of Be Realty.
