Andrew helped grow a health start-up to thirty employees. As Chief Operating Officer of the company, Andrew laid the foundation in Business Development, HR, Payroll, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and Operations. The company provides advanced clinical services for several thousand patients attributed to specific contracted primary care physicians as they participate in their ACO. In late 2019 we were fortunate to be able to depart to Florida with our horse business and hire an exceptional talent to take the COO role to the next level. The company continues to thrive. Chatham County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is the lead economic development agency for Chatham County. The EDC is a 501(c)3 economic development non-profit that provides support to businesses with relocation and expansion plans and markets Chatham County as the preferred location for emerging growth companies. The EDC works closely with local governments and partner organizations to ensure prospective and existing businesses get the support they need. Our services focus on attracting new businesses, retaining existing firms, and supporting entrepreneurial/small business development. I am especially proud of the role this organization and our volunteer board has had in facilitating the collaboration between elected officials of Chatham County. Our organization brings the mayors, county commissioners, town board members, legislators, sheriff, etc. into the same room on a regular basis for exchange of ideas. CHESS is a solutions company enabling providers with the tools for the delivery of value-based health care. Product Strategy includes Value-Based Contracting, Clinical Transformation, Population Health Analytics and Continuous Improvement. CHESS helps our clients navigate the transition to Value-based health care, and performs similar services for our owners, Wake Forest Baptist Health, Cornerstone Health Care, P.A., and LabCorp. I operated within CHESS and our clients, implementing front line transformation for the Triple Aim, with an emphasis on measurably reducing clinical variability. My Product Strategy role has included business plans, prioritizing product development, strategic planning, data governance, obtaining and allocating human and capital resources and implementing change management programs.Building on the successes since 2012 of Cornerstone's Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). 2014 Results included 3.5% reduction in Total Cost of Care, 6th highest ACO Quality Measurement Scores in the nation, and contribution to over $20 million in value based payments received by CHESS client. Responsible for overall program management and delivery under NCHICA's federal contract with the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC). Established HIE connectvity between North Carolina hospitals, VA facilities, physician offices and FQHC clinics.

Program Director for eHealth Initiative and Foundation, delivering projects related to states and regions engaged in health information exchange. Led projects to develop statewide HIE strategic plans for Kansas, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Arkansas as well as directly contributed to efforts to move HIE agenda forward in ten other states across the country. In this role at eHI developed solutions for the challenges faced by convening organizations as HIE strategies are developed and implemented.
