Responsible for the Fabrication and Quality Assurance of Video Conferencing and Presentation systems for core Fortune 500 clients. AV systems were pre-assembled and tested thoroughly to ensure full functionality before being shipped to site for final installation. I worked closely with the Systems Design Engineer to ensure any changes or shop markups were noted and included in the final as-built drawings. I was responsible for loading and testing of all software for control and AV systems for example: Crestron / AMX control systems, Tandberg / Polycom Conferencing systems, ClearOne audio DSP system preset adjustment and optimizing. Working closely with the Programmer and Design Engineer in order to make any changes, corrections or adjustments found necessary.As a Field Engineer I performed installations and pre-commissioning tests on site. During my time I was responsible for installing, upgrading and troubleshooting installations in various locations both preexisting and new builds.Founded in 1947, Verrex is a global design-build integrator and managed services provider of advanced conferencing, collaboration and presentation technologies.
