I have 25 years experience working in different roles, in a wide variety of organisations and across different sectors. A lot of my career has involved developing new capabilities including building new functions, enhancing the effectiveness of existing functions and launching new products.My experience to date that I think brings the greatest value is the combination of my last two roles. Being the CRO in a company of 1,500 people influencing strategy and being directly accountable to the board further increased my experience in leadership, strategic decision making and influencing people and outcomes. Combine that with my recent role, working as a product manager for a start up of 40 people where I was accountable for all aspects of the product lifecycle including brand creation, product development and marketing.
