Responsible for managing the Technology Service Center on campus. Order and maintain replacement and repair parts for all staff and student laptops. Responsible for leading and guiding Tech Center staff and assisting with any technical issues that may arise. Main point of communication for parents regarding laptop technical support for students. Occasionally tasked with A/V, phone, networking, and desktop support.

Responsible for diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of all student and staff laptops on campus. Assisted with phone systems and desktops as well as the occasional A/V support. Network connectivity and printer support. Worked on and supported Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.

Locally offered IT services to customers on multiple platforms including: iOS, Mac, Windows (XP, Vista, 7, etc.), Android devices and general troubleshooting (tv, internet, phone). I charged hourly for certain services but most were flat rate prices to keep me competitive in the market. I was based at my home but would mostly do the work on-site at customers home/office and occasionally quick troubleshooting at a mutually agreed upon meeting place.

I was the former head of Techmate International/EWS Group's technical support department. I managed our tech support employees as well as assisted in any technological issues that may have arisen with clients as well as handled all internal IT support within the company.
