After completing my co-op with the GPA team, I was ask to the return to the role on a short term basis while the team was being restructured. They needed someone reliable, that could tend to the work without much supervision, enabling them to focus on getting all the new team members up to speed with the comings and goings of Inventor Relations. I'm happy to say I was able to fill that role and then some. • Eliminated backlog of model documentation and distribution in an emergency temporary role during the GPA team’s transitory period.

The Global Product Acquisition Team at Hasbro is responsible with working with independent design professionals in the hopes of discovering the toys and games that are the next big thing. Team members act as liaisons between outside designers, both individuals and firms, and the internal teams at Hasbro who are looking for new concepts. GPA works with outside vendors around the globe, and acts as an important link between Hasbro and the Toy Inventor community as a whole.My role on the GPA team consisted of the following:• Acted as an intermediary between inventors and Hasbro design teams with regards to sensitiveintellectual property.• Supported the GPA staff with anything from graphic design to research into archived inventorsubmissions.• Eliminated COVID related backlog of inventor inventory, fortifying Hasbro’s reputation with outsidevendors during atypical times.

The Playmaker team at Hasbro is responsible for exploring new and emerging technologies and ideating ways to integrate those concepts into existing Hasbro brands. They work alongside branded teams within Hasbro, but are encouraged to work outside the established boundaries of the brand to try and generate new play patterns and experiences.My role on the Playmaker team consisted of the following:• Conceptualized toy ideas that took advantage of new and emerging technologies.• Generated sketches, art, prototypes and presentations to demonstrate ideas, putting special focus onbuilding experiences ingrained with the core qualities behind various brands.• 3D modeled prototypes of toys and games to present to branded teams for their consideration.• Acted as a jack-of-all-trades, jumping in and out of projects to support brand teams in whatevercapacity they needed most.

-Selected to lead a staff of 10 people in a supervisory role, in addition to acting as an RA to a community of over 400 people.-Trained in identifying and responding to emergencies and challenges ranging from an individual level to a communal scale.

-Contributed to a staff of 13 Resident Assistants that oversaw about 600 residents spanning 2 different buildings on Northeastern's campus. -Expected to uphold University policies and make the health and safety of residents a top priority.-Created programming revolving around integrating modern life skills with college aged residents.-Acted as a Conference Assistant during the summer months, primarily focusing on intern housing at Northeastern University.

• Lead Engineer and primary engineering contact on specific Fall 2015 items.• Organized cross functional team meetings which included members from engineering, marketing, and design.• Worked closely with pre-production samples confirming the functionality and accuracy of each of the samples compared to that of approved design plans. • Documented any production issues and followed up with necessary communications to resolves said issues.• Maintained correspondence with Hasbro Engineers overseas to ensure that any and all production issues were resolved in a timely manner.
