I lead the East of England Enterprise function within Nwes and am responsible for strategic direction and day to day operations. We provide a business support service across the East of England, East Midlands and London offering business advice, workshop and business finance to start-up and growth businesses.

A role leading the the companies ICT, Marketing, HR and Quality functions

Working predominantly in rural Norfolk I was responsible for supporting individuals to develop their ideas and start in business. I swiftly took on team leadership activity that developed into a role as Business Adviser Manager whilst still maintaining my own portfolio of clients. I was responsible for up to 13 business advisors.
