1) Vetting and letting sub-contract and supplier packages2) Administration of subcontract packages, including management of variations and daywork claims;3) Validating and processing sub-contractor monthly progress claim/ invoices4) Prepare monthly progress cost reports5) Work closely with Construction Manager to prepare CMP and submit to the local council.6) Work closely with Construction Manager to prepare monthly cashflow forecast & cost to complete report.7) Administer RFI's, document control & registers.

• Evaluate and estimate construction project costs based on project plans and specifications• Analyze and interpret construction drawings, technical documents & Consultant Reports• Documentation control (Plans, Addenda & Variations have been checked, addressed, and processed)• Producing accurate quantities & raising purchase orders• Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings during the estimating process• Preparing budgets and cost comparison• Cost control and reporting• Processing invoices and addressing problem invoices• Work closely with sales team to prepare project estimate• Work closely with Supervisors, trades, and the construction manager• Source and liaise with new supplier/subcontractors• Updating pricing database• Re-construct existing costing and scheduling spreadsheets to increase work efficiency.• Work closely with IT department for in-house software development
