Oversaw more than 30,000 public sales and corporate inquiries, liaised with major industry partner sponsors including Boeing and Lockheed Martin to coordinate logistic details for the airshow weekend. Proposed and piloted a new marketing strategy utilizing Instagram Reels and short TikTok videos to target a potential younger customer base. Assisted with various pre-show planning tasks and helped procure supplies for 500+ volunteers in over 50 operational areas of the show
