I am a partner and head the growing corporate and commercial team of lawyers at Debenhams Ottaway. I have over fifteen years’ experience dealing with corporate and business matters working with clients across multiple sectors including pharmacy, charity, banking and private wealth. I regularly work with high net worth individuals, investors, companies, LLPs and partnerships, from family run businesses and start-ups to a broad spectrum of private limited companies and unquoted public companies.I am pleased to be named a “next generation partner” (previously “rising star”) and recognised as a key lawyer in the Legal500 2021 rankings, the leading independent guide to the best lawyers in the UK. I am a member of Eurojuris, an international network of lawyers which means I know and work with lawyers in Europe and worldwide. I sit on a panel of judges for the Herts Funding Network to help select the final three charities to pitch at the live crowdfunding/giving event which takes place annually.
