This included the scoping of a navigation plan, design preferences, and the identification of any plugins or custom development that might be required.•Managed our team of builders, developers, and graphic artists to make sure everyone is meeting expectations and serving our partner's project goals.•Training - During the complete project life cycle, I would keep track of any unique training needs that might be required at the end of the project either based on the complexity of the build or individual clients' gifts and skills.•Worked with the President to create systems to better serve our partners. I oversaw the migration to this new platform from Agile CRM.•Worship Times Resources - Managed the production of new resources targeting the needs of current clients and other leaders with communication responsibilities. I regularly wrote blog posts, recorded training videos, and hosted a number of webinars. During the height of covid in 2020, we were producing at least one live event per week in response to the calls for help from congregations.•Technology and Communication Audits - Worked with a number of congregations and an Episcopal Diocese to help them review communication goals, tools, and workflows. My goal was to find ways for them to either use current tools more effectively or identify new solutions.•Social Media Management and Advertising - Used the combined power of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn to attract, engage and expand our target market.

Worked with the official convention decorator to make sure that the hall was run in an efficient and orderly manner with adequate security.•Managed all special functions; processing requests, setting up tickets sales (Verleen Registration), and coordinating with various vendors such as caterers and A/V companies.•Provided support to the former Mid Council Commission I and II. This included selecting meeting locations, negotiating contracts, coordinating housing and travel, website updates, and serving as the recording clerk for all meetings.

I worked in sales as an account executive for almost one year with The Courier-Journal. I started off selling yard sale and auto ads. I was quickly given a promotion to recruitment classifieds. After 4 months I was promoted once again to outbound calling.

My primary responsibility was interpreting The Presbyterian Youth Connection through teaching and training.
