YIM Ventures is a privately owned and operated family owned business focused on real estate specific investment banking, investment, development, direct bridge lending and development. The portfolio consists mainly of opportunistic investment strategies in Southern California and other major metropolitan markets across the United States.Our focus is on capitalizing strategic partnerships with repeat clients whom access profitable real estate ventures so we can invest at all levels of the capital stack including senior bridge debt or 1st mortgages, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity investments. We have a proven track record and model of providing and procuring strategic capital solutions to real estate investors and developers while concurrently directly investing throughout the capital stack.Our syndication is comprised of some of the largest high net worth individuals, family offices, and foreign investors in the greater Los Angeles area. We are working on further developing additional business with larger institutional clients as well.

BBI/LP is a private equity management firm. We are a hybrid — a combination of a hedge fund firm and a private equity firm. BBI/LP invests in real estate development and acquisition such as; hotels, healthcare facilities, apartment complexes, time shares, shopping centers, office buildings, and much more. We have developed a thorough project screening process of projects and project sponsors and allocate funds only to select investment opportunities capable of meeting our proprietary underwiring guidelines that contact away underlying investment risks.

Apartment Corp is owned by The Menowitz Family who has owns and manages over 17,500 multifamily units and more than 4,350,000 square feet of commercial space across twenty-two states. As a fourth generation company with a track record across many market cycles, the principals specialize in affordable and value-added real estate acquisitions. Their current focus is to expand their multifamily portfolio nationwide, concentrating on project-based Section 8 projects and properties developed using LIHTC. Marc Menowitz and his family have over 100 years of combined experience in real estate investment, development, and management. During this time, the family has successfully built and operated a variety of residential and commercial properties throughout the United States. In the early 1900s, Harold Menowitz launched Menowitz Management while developing multifamily and commercial properties in New York City. Years later, Harold’s son, Frederick, continued the operations with the further development of properties locally and the acquisition of apartment buildings nationally. Currently, Harold’s grandsons Todd and Marc manage the company’s daily operations and continue to expand holdings nationwide.
