Saw need for CRM system and gained executive approval to implement in-house solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service. Responsible for developing relationships with clients and vendors to obtain preferential pricing and service. Managed regular contract review and negotiations for multi-million dollar refit and new build projects also handled proposal requests from third party suppliers.

During my 5 years on the water in the superyacht industry I earned my Chief Mate 3000gt license, USCG Captain's License, and reached the rank of Chief Officer.
