• Raised over $5MM in a seed round capital to launch a premium cannabis retail and delivery business in highly competitive state of California• Built and hired a team of engineers to develop Emjay's consumer web and iOS applications and back-end systems• White-labeled core Saucey systems to provide a starting point for Emjay's delivery operations and last-mile logistics tech• Directed and advised team on building a fully in-house courier platform and hiring operations• Instrumental in a 2020 merger that combined the full staff and resources of Emjayand Saucey. Responsible for game design, documentation, scheduling, and all stages of development. Worked in a challenging small business atmosphere with a large workload and simultaneous projects. We've done work for clients and developed our own IP. Produced two apps that have made it to the App Store's What's Hot section and Top 100 apps.
