I am a graduate of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor with a Bachelors of Science with honors in Physics as well as Astronomy and Astrophysics along with a minor in French and Francophone Studies. As a persistent researcher, active volunteer, and devoted advocate with nearly five years of experience participating in the academic sphere and engaging with the public, I am passionate about cutting edge research in astrophysics, captivating methods of scientific communication, and the intersection between these two realms.I look forward to pursuing observational, computational, and high energy astrophysics research, new opportunities in astronomical public outreach, and the protection and preservation of dark night skies as both a natural resource and a part of our cultural heritage as I advance my career.
