I am a Partner in the Labour and Employment group. I practice management-side labour and employment law. My expertise covers a broad range of administrative tribunal proceedings and, in particular, I frequently represent employers before the Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal. I represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance settlements. I regularly advocate on behalf of my clients in rights and interest arbitration proceedings. I often advise management on workplace law issues related to the restructuring, sale and/or purchase of businesses in both the public and private sectors. I am counsel to hospitals, nursing homes, construction companies, manufacturers, schools, and businesses of all sizes and with diverse employment arrangements.
