I managed and maintained all video & audio post-production facilities, production studios, and equipment. I provide the knowledge base and post production workflows for all equipment, which includes SD, HD, & 4K acquisition, video editing & dubbing. I successfully oversaw the inclusion of RAW & HDR Video to our workflows and am looking forward to campaigning for more VR/Stereoscopic/Spherical video, 8K aquisition, and introducing new colorspaces such as REC.2020 & the ACES workflow.I provide hands-on training and written documentation on workflow for: DCI4K/UHD acquisition, Digital Media Management, Digital NLE Video Editing, Color Correction and Grading, Conforming for Delivery: DCP, DVD/BD Disc Authoring, digital distribution, and Post-Production Sound using ProTools & ProTools HD. I provided training opportunities, assessed and delegated work best suited for them by their skills, and did best to provide a healthy work-educational balance. In essence, we provide solutions for a broad range of challenges, many of which bridge the gap between the creative, the practical, and the technical.
