BVF seeks to originate senior first mortgages within the middle market spectrum (typically $10M-$30M) across various property types in the US. - Originate and underwrite floating rate bridge loans secured by various asset types - Manage internal underwriting process from term sheet through loan approval to closing - Prepare and present property level financial modeling and perform in-depth site inspections- Prepare and present loan proposals to risk committee including deal summary, capital structure, asset valuation, market analysis, Borrower history and strategy - Coordinate internal closing process, market research and due diligence

Realty Finance Trust ("RFT") is a public, non-traded mortgage REIT sponsored by AR Global (formerly known as American Realty Capital). RFT seeks to originate and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments including senior mortgages, mezzanine loans, B-Notes, preferred equity and real estate debt securities diversified by geographic location, property type, tenancy and asset class.- Underwrite floating rate bridge loans secured by various asset types (multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, self-storage, student housing) for acquisition or refinance - Prepare and present investment memoranda to senior management - Perform property level financial modeling- Coordinate due diligence, market research and internal closing processes
