During my two and a half years at Tangem I helped develop a buddy application that communicates with Tangem wallet — a hardware cryptocurrency wallet the shape of a credit card whose main point is lack of seed phrase (the keys are generated internally and do not leave the device); and maintaned company SDKs that offer a layer over blockchain support and NFC operations to third parties.I've implemented new and updated existing screens in the application, overcoming the challenges that arise with the use of SwiftUI on the older and sometimes newer versions of iOS (ours was 13+ at first). My colleague and I also added a dark mode support to the legacy screens that were developed using a hodge-podge of a palette, sometimes with colors hardcoded directly into the UI.One of the things I enjoyed the most was adding support for blockchains into the SDK such as Solana, Tron, Polkadot, Cosmos, and their respective siblings. Documentation was sparse and even inexistent, and sometimes I would have to look at the way it was implemented in Trust Wallet Blockchain SDK or other open-source applications. A great deal of effort was put into unit testing.Speaking of Trust Wallet — since I was fortunate (or unfortunate) enough to work with C++ in the past one of the tasks assigned to me was integrating their Blockchain SDK into ours, essentially gaining a free-ish access to the implementation of lots of blockchains they have already done themselves (it's the leading software wallet).Another thing I did at the company was syncronising the wordings scattered across the iOS and the Android applications into one big-ass Google Sheet that was later moved into a dedicated l10n website. This was done to ensure both platforms are always syncronized and tidy, and the translators job was easier.I've also participated in daily code review, product discussions and a few Twitter AMAs
