• Experience in construction project management and project work and contracts abidance in the structure of the customer and general contractor• Organization of the complete cycle of works on a number of turnkey projects, including design, installation, testing and commissioning and commissioning.• Development of technical specifications, technical guidance design and survey works, the organization of the design process, verification of the technical level of the adopted design, architectural and planning decisionsRelease control and audit of project documentation• Preparation of tender documents, organization of tenders, including pre-qualified participants, analysis of the results of the tender, monitoring the market for construction services and selection of contractors, co-ordination and monitoring of the interaction of all participants in the project• Organization, planning and construction supervision (civil works, internal engineering systems, external networks, improving), for compliance with building regulations, approved by the DED• Management of project costs• Control the execution of the project budget, project schedule• Interaction with the state regulatory and supervisory authorities.• Managing the process of commissioning• Project team and control its operation
