The Company was established by founder of RAZGULAY Group – Igor Potapenko and at current moment harvesting agricultural products in Belgorod, Orel, Kursk regions and also exporting grain in Mediterranean countries. My current responsibilities are leadership of financial department, IT department, accountants, new project investigations with objective to make decision about future investments and leadership of grain deep manufacturing project.

• Leadership of financial Direction (Moscow office - 70 persons, regional entities – 400 persons) planning of objectives, tasks allocation and performance control;• Budget planning organization, consolidated budget administration and budget execution control;• Analyse of operational and investment activities, financial forecasting, monthly report on Board meetings about Company results and predictions;• Organisation of financing operational and investments activities Group entities, loans attracting (bonded debts, bank financing, leasing), financing expenses reducing;• Automation of management reporting preparing;• Interaction with State structures by questions of subsidy and grant receiving from Federal and local budgets; • Designing, implementing and control of corporate regulations and standards in areas of finance management, accounting and reporting, compliance legislation requirements;

• Leadership of Department with direct subordination 7 colleagues and all financial staff Group of Companies by International Reporting questions, M&A and DueD;• Preparation of Consolidated Group Statements in accordance with IFRS (more than 100 Group entities, 60 manufacturing entities) organization and maintains audit procedure by KPMG; • Maintains Due diligence procedures in Company IPO preparations, from investments funds side perform International legal companies;• Communication with Board members, controlling shareholder, outside analysts, bankers and investors by questions related with accounting, Consolidated Statements and Group financial results forecasting in accordance with IFRS.

• Financial control of 12 Grain manufacturing: preparing and control budget execution, analyse of investment projects (NPV, IRR, break-even point, etc.)
