I oversaw Digi over 10 years, from greenfield to major market position and self-funded business. Positive EBITDA achieved in 2 years and 3 months; Self-funded business since 2014.

Digital TV was a First Triple Play Service provider in the Central Asia – cable TV (Analogue, Digital, IPTV), Broadband Internet, IP Telephony. As a member of start up team I formed and managed Corporate & Retail sales, Marketing, Customer service departments with 70 employees under a command. Besides I represented company in negotiations of the following aspects: business merge and acquisitions, strategic business planning with shareholders, licensed content acquisitions and distribution.Later the company was acquired by national operator Kazakhtelecom.

KazTransCom is telecommunication company providing services based on the fiber-optical and satellite network all over the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. My responsibility was to work with Oil & Gas companies – key clients of the company. At my time there I started and completed sophisticated project – “Organization of communication for the construction of an oil pipeline “Atasu-Alashankou”.

The company was a system integrator of IT/Telecom solutions, hardware and software distributor of well-known IT/Telecom manufacturers, authorized service center. My work for Glotur was a very first real experience. I joined a company as junior sales executive and then was promoted to the Senior Sales manager and then to the Head of sales IBM, Oracle and Kaspersky software.
