- Key focus: portfolio management, operational management, special situations;- Managing 6 matured business (GMV LTM ~500m USD) and 1 start-up represented by industries: Retail, FinTech, Construction, Agro, Energy, Rental business;Responsible for M&A, business development, budgeting, operating improvements, crisis management, CEO and CFO positions coverage.

Responsibilities:- full stages of target management, deal presentation to the Investment Committee;- financial modeling, deal structuring and market research;- preparation of investment memo and all transaction related documents;- investment focus on B2C: private medicine (hospitals, policlinics, diagnostics, telemedicine), private education, furniture, fashion industry;

Responsibilities:- business valuation and business modeling;- client support, report formation;- junior staff supervision;- up to 8 projects performed: Oil&Gas, Transportation, Public Utilities, Pharma and Railway industries.

- Participation in audit engagements (audit of financial statements under IFRS, RAP)- Participation in the preparation and review of the consolidated financial statements - Transformation of financial statement from RAP to IFRS- Analysis of the key performance indicators
